Payment posting problems

We want to apologize for the payment posting problems that we have encountered this month.  We have upgraded our computers and software and during that time the company that manages our online payments were not getting the correct data files each night causing numerous errors on the payments.  We believe everything has been corrected and going forward will be hopeful everything will post correctly.  We also are having problems like so many people with the postal service.  The water bills are being mailed each at the end of each month for the bills to be delivered by or on the first of each month.  But since the postal service has decided to not process mail at the plant in Tulsa and it is shipped to Oklahoma City our bills and cut off notices are not being deliver in a timely manner if at all.  Please call the office if you have not got your bill the first few days of the month and we can give you your balance.  Thank you for your understanding.
